Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 4 August 2026

Welcome to Yoga.com. These terms are the agreement between you and Inter Media Digital Marketing LLC for using this site. By visiting and using Yoga.com, you accept them. We have kept them plain on purpose, because an agreement you cannot read is not much of an agreement.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or to subscribe to our emails. The site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has created an account or joined our mailing list, write to info@yoga.com and we will remove their details.

Using the site

You are welcome to read, enjoy, and share our work for your own personal, non-commercial use. In return, we ask the obvious: do not use the site to break the law, to harm others, or to disrupt how it runs. More specifically, you agree not to use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated tools to access or copy the site at scale; not to circumvent its security or access controls; not to interfere with its servers or networks; not to introduce malware; and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose. If you post or send anything to us, keep it lawful and respectful, and only send what you have the right to share. When you send us content (such as a message or feedback), you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to use it for the purpose of running and improving the site.

Your account

Reading Yoga.com does not require an account. If you create one, give us accurate information when you register and keep it current. Your login is yours alone: keep your password private, do not share your account, and tell us at info@yoga.com if you suspect someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens under your credentials. We may suspend or close an account that is used to abuse the site, other people, or these terms. You can delete your account at any time by contacting info@yoga.com, and we will close it and handle your information as our Privacy Policy describes.

Practice log and Maya

Member features such as the practice log and our AI companion Maya are provided as-is, for your personal use. They exist to support your own practice, not to diagnose, treat, or advise on any health condition, and nothing they display or say is medical advice. Our Health & Safety Disclaimer applies to these features just as it applies to our articles. How we handle what you record or share in them is described in our Privacy Policy and our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

Your privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it, our Cookie Policy covers cookies and similar technologies, and our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy covers wellness-related information such as practice-log entries. They are part of how we run the site, and we encourage you to read them.

Our content belongs to us

The articles, images, design, and logos on Yoga.com are owned by us or used with permission, and they are protected by copyright and other laws. You may quote a short passage with credit and a link, but please do not republish whole pieces, sell our work, or pass it off as your own. If you would like to license something, just ask.

This is information, not professional advice

Yoga.com offers general information about yoga, movement, breath, and wellbeing. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Our Health & Safety Disclaimer explains this in full, and it is part of these terms. Yoga is physical activity, and you take part at your own risk and within your own limits.

How our content is made

We create our articles with human editorial oversight and the help of modern technology, and we cite credible sources for health-related claims. Our How We Create Our Content page describes this openly. We work hard to be accurate, but we cannot promise the site is free of every error or always complete or current.

Links to other sites

We link to outside sources, including the references behind our articles. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their practices. A link is a pointer, not an endorsement of everything on the other end.

Reporting copyright concerns (DMCA)

We respect copyright and ask the same of others. If you believe content on Yoga.com infringes a copyright you hold, please send a notice to info@yoga.com including: (1) a description of the copyrighted work; (2) the location (URL) of the material you believe infringes it; (3) your name and contact details; (4) a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized; and (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act on their behalf. We respond to valid notices, including by removing material where appropriate, and we provide a counter-notice process to anyone affected.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL OF ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

We offer this site in good faith. To the fullest extent the law allows, Inter Media Digital Marketing LLC and the people who work on it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any injury or damage, that results from using Yoga.com or relying on its information. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us to use the site, which for a free site is zero. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where that exclusion is not permitted.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inter Media Digital Marketing LLC and the people who work on it from any claims, damages, losses, or reasonable expenses (including legal fees) that arise from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

Changes and the rest

We may update the site and these terms as things evolve. When we change the terms, we will update the date above, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be handled by the courts there, unless the law where you live gives you the right to a different forum.

Talk to us

If something here needs clarifying, or you simply want to reach a human, write to us at info@yoga.com. We would rather have a conversation than a conflict.
