Studio artworkYoga & Beyond opened its doors way back in 2012 on Great Neck's Main Street. They offer level 1 classes in acro, vinyasa, yin, and meditation. Props come included, along with tea, water, showers, and a nice place to stash your stuff in lockers. If you bring kids, they'll be well taken care of here at their little boutique studio.
