Helios Hot Yoga

Helios Hot Yoga in Colonie is a place for all skill levels, especially beginners, to try out hot yoga and bikram styles. At $15 per drop-in or $59 per month for unlimited access, the cost is fair, with a sliding scale as well. First-timers should get there early, too. A few amenities include infrared heat and free parking, and it's also a safe spot for those needing accessibility accommodations. Plus, they have on-site childcare if you need to bring the kids along.
