Studio artworkYoga Y'all in Lake Charles offers six styles of yoga including ashtanga, chair yoga, iyengar, slow flow, vinyasa, and yin to suit all levels from beginner to experienced. They charge on a sliding scale and have been around since 2013. Props are available along with some yoga gear at their onsite boutique and there's even tea. Great spot for first-timers too.
