Studio artworkIntero Yoga in downtown Reno serves up gentle hatha, acro, yin, and yoga nidra classes. You can drop off kids during your sessions here. Props, tea, showers, and lockers make it easy to stick around after class if you want. The studio opened its doors back in 2008, giving folks plenty of time to get used to it.
