Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 June 2026
This policy explains, in plain language, what information Yoga.com collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We wrote it to be read, not to be survived. If anything here is unclear, please ask us at info@yoga.com.
In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Inter Media Digital Marketing LLC, the company that operates Yoga.com, and "you" means anyone who visits or uses the site.
The short version
We collect only what we need to run the site, understand what is useful to readers, and keep things working and secure. We do not sell your personal information. You can ask us what we hold about you and ask us to delete it.
What we collect
Things you give us directly. If you subscribe to a newsletter, send us a message, or fill in a form, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name and email address.
Things we collect automatically. Like most websites, when you visit we receive some technical information your browser sends: your approximate location, device and browser type, the pages you view, and how you arrived. We gather this through cookies and similar tools, which our Cookie Policy describes in detail.
What we do not collect. We do not ask for health records, and we do not want sensitive personal data. Please do not send us details about your medical conditions.
Why we use it
We use your information to:
- send you the newsletter or reply you asked for;
- understand which articles help people, so we can write better ones;
- keep the site fast, safe, and free of abuse;
- meet our legal and tax obligations.
The legal grounds we rely on, where laws like the GDPR apply, are your consent (for example, marketing emails and non-essential cookies), our legitimate interest in running and improving the site, and our need to comply with the law.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us operate, such as our hosting, email, and analytics partners, and only so they can do that work for us. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety and rights of our readers and our team. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not trade it.
Some of these partners may process data outside your country. When they do, we take the steps the law expects of us to keep your information protected.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we genuinely need it, and then we remove it. Newsletter details stay until you unsubscribe. Routine analytics are kept for a limited period and in a form that does not single you out.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to limit how we use it, and to object to certain uses. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click. To make a request, write to info@yoga.com, and we will respond within the time the law allows. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority, though we hope you will come to us first.
If you are in California, you have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
Children
Yoga.com is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, tell us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No website can promise perfect security, but we take this seriously and act quickly if something goes wrong.
Changes to this policy
As the site grows, we may update this policy. When we make a meaningful change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know.
