The Sun Salutation is another option. It involves a series of small moves combined to create a consistent motion for your body. This can be done by first standing and then by moving your arms up. You can then bend down and touch your feet while standing. You should then inhale and move one leg back and arch down. Leg raises can also work. You will have to lie flat on your back and then stretch one leg upward and then as close to your head as possible. This can be done with alternating legs. The goal here is to keep your upper back straight as it is being done.
