Use a wall if needed and also double up your mat if you need more cushion.
Don't know where the crown of your head is? Balance a block or book on your head while looking straight ahead. The spot it balances on is it.
If you are new to this, the top left pic is for you! Place you hands down shoulder width apart on your mat.
Place the crown of your head above them so the 3 points make a triangle. Make sure you can see your fingers!
Curl the toes under and walk your feet in toward your head. Keep your elbows hugging in, shoulder blades rolling down your back, neck long. Stay here and breathe. Once you're ready, slowly bring one knee to a tricep... If you feel comfortable, you can bring the second knee to the other tricep.
