This little blue bolster provides both support and cushion. They are firm enough to provide support, and at the same time, soft enough to rest on. The bolster gives support for spinal stretches, restorative postures and deep breathing. Prenatal and restorative yoga uses bolsters as do lots if Iyengar yoga studios. The perfect accessory for your yoga practice, the Junior Bolster is 21" x 7.5" diameter and are stuffed with 100% cotton batting. The washable cover can be easily removed and cleaned.
