It is highly durable and has excellent traction even when wet from your perspiration with great performance. Its natural rubber provides superior cushioning and resilience. . The mat has a strong mesh on the inside so it won�t tear or buckle. This mat is 5/16 inch which is a the thickest it comes in. Length is 68 inch. Natural rubber is a renewable resource tapped from rubber trees and contains no ozone depleting substances � perfect for yoga practitioners concerned about the environment. No PVC in this mat. Available in three great colors-Tibetan Orange, Olive Green, and Midnight Blue.

great mat

I love this mat. I get great traction and extra cushion for kneeling postures and headstands. It's a bit on the heavy side, but the trade off is comfort and traction.
