I found the photos and spoken instructions to be vague. It has taken me a couple of weeks to do the sessions and still have a couple of moves that are not clear. I do love the variety of this cd and workout.

I have been using this cd for over 6 years and I cannot tell you how much it has changed my life. Seriously. I";ve tried using other tapes but always come back to the Sanctuary because it gives me a good workout and it calms me so profoundly. Thank you Shiva Rea!

I've been using this double cd for over 5 years and it hasn't gotten old or stale at all. You can vary sessions depending on time, activities, etc. Can't recommend it strongly enough.

  Yoga that Inspires

I enjoy a session of lunar yoga if I feel low energy and need calming. Solar yoga is flowing postures in vinyasa. The booklet and poster help guide you and Shiva gives excellent instruction on the CD, so you can follow along. It's a wonderful way to practice.
