Great Beginners DVD

Most DVD's offer 1 or 2 complete sequences. For me at least, that gets boring pretty quickly. This DVD offers has a whole bunch of poses, then thru a menu it offers up 35 different sequencess with varying lengths (time) and focus areas. This one will hold your attention a lot longer than most others. However, the poses are geared for beginners, so if you're an intermediate or advanced, this one won't suit you.

I got this DVD, and I have to say I am very pleased with it. I am not flexible at all, plus am overweight, and I am still able to do many of the things on this DVD just by following the steps. You will need props, but they are very helpful because they allow you to get the full workout while you become more flexible. I have two blocks, a belt, and a mat. Also you will want a chair and blankets available when doing this. Overall an A+ video for beginers!
