I bought this dvd 3 weeks ago and the 1st time I did the workout it totally kicked my butt! It is not for beginners and is more of an intermediate level workout. It is fun but definitely challenging and more fast paced. After doing the workout a few times I noticed I was more limber and relaxed. Now I am 3 wks into it. I do 3-45 minutes on weeknights and the full hour tape on weekends. I feel great and have lost a few pounds too :-) Rodney rocks!
