| Hi, I live in Ireland, my partner is doing a cave diving course in High springs Florida and I'm hoping to finally get some instruction in yoga while there having only dabbled myself with a book and dvds etc for many years...ashtanga would be preferable as I get bored easily and I had a nice mini course which satisfied my need for movement and I thus think that this may be the 'one for me' (tho' anyone's opinions to the contrary are more than welcome..does anyone know of anywhere in the area of High Springs Florida where I could do a good course or one to one instruction?
